Single motherhood is a journey that requires support, and yet we are often left to figure it out ourselves. This group provides a space to bear witness to the experience with an open heart. We will gather for a discussion and a healing sound bath.

The feelings of isolation that can occur with single parenting are depleting and we often take from our own reserves to nurture everyone else. There are struggles, questions, big feelings and always triumphs. Community can be created, and showing up is the first part.
