Sacred Counsel is a holistic form of trauma conscious guidance that supports individuals for the purposes of growth, transformation, and wellbeing.
In a Sacred Counsel session the whole person is considered rather than just looking at isolated symptoms--including but not limited to--body awareness, present state of mind, emotions, relationships, daily life, sexuality, spiritual outlook, selfcare, family of origin, ancestry, and traumas. A Sacred Counsel session is personalized based on each client's unique needs, history, and intentions. Sacred Counsel as a holistic practice rests in the following assumptions:
The mind cannot be treated as separate from the body.
The body-mind is unified
and whole.
Imaginal (dreams) and somatic (body based) ways of knowing are valid and useful.
It is our birthright to be in right relationship with ourselves, our life force energy, others, & the planet.
Symptoms are information and signs of body-mind intelligence.

After I guide you through an inner exploration of long-held beliefs about physical beauty and worth, I will teach an in-depth lymphatic drainage or gua sha protocol. We will dive into a plant spirit consultation where you will connect with a nourishing herb to work with and I will mail you the plant "prescription" from my personal apothecary. We can also audit the skincare you use and I will make recommendations on any changes. This service can help clear inflammation in the skin and release tension in the tissues, resulting in a radiant post-facial glow.
